RECTANGULAR STEEL DUCTWORK

 We supply rectangular ductwork and associated ductwork fabrications, in galvanised steel, mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. Other special materials and finishes are available, along with a full range of fittings and ancillary components. Rectangular ducting is available in almost any size or shape. ROUND DUCTING

Our Spiro Tube Former and Spiro Gore Locker machines use dyes from 100mm to 1600mm, doing away with the conventional belt system. This ensures that our spiral ducting is accurate in diameter and does not taper from end to end. Seams are machined joined making the ducting ideal for HVAC applications and many others including: civil, textile and dust/ fume extractions.Sipro machines are
manufactured in Switzerland by Spiro International, a global leader in ducting machinery.

ADAPTOR/REDUCER

Duct reducers are the HAVC ducting fittings to use when you need to move from one size duct to another size. All reducers are manufactured from the highest quality galvanized steel. They are perfect fit metal fittings for maintaining maximum airflow through your system while changing to the needed duct size to get into tighter spaces.

CLEAN AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM

Supplying clean air at a medication mixing room.This system has a three stage filtration system.Each clean air package is modified according to your building. Stainless steel was used in this design.

STAINLESS STEEL DUCTING

Stainless steel bends and tubes with attached round diffuser. Air conditioning system at a reception (Main Netcare building). Stainless steel has a very unique look.

INDUSTRIAL EVAPORATIVE COOLER

Uses minimal power to force fresh air into a
building/factory. Can be used in an area were power is problematic. Installed at gyms, malls, etc.

SQUARE DUCTING WITH CANOPY

Extracts smoke/steam. Ducting is quoted and made custom for each client. Ikura Air has assisted many other companies with
ventilation and extraction systems. Ducting will be quoted as follows: amount of ducting
pieces used, type of material, and installation costs.These are more cost effective than replacing a unit each time.

GRILLED SPIGOT

Used for ventilation and extraction in ducting system. Galvanized ducting was used. Installed at a flower shop.
